Needle Valve, Titanium for Irrigation, Fine Flow Adjustment (PN 95-0573)

Precision titanium needle valve with left hand threading. Designed for use with micro irrigation handpieces. Turn clockwise to increase flow and counterclockwise to decrease flow of irrigation solution.

IMPORTANT: Do not use standard stainless steel needle valves for irrigation applications. Sodium hypochlorite and EDTA, while effective for canal disinfection, are caustic and will degrade stainless steel over time. This creates a risk to patient health from material breakdown and can damage the delivery system. Titanium resists this degradation, maintaining reliable, accurate flow adjustment over the life of the component.

Only use ASI Kynar barb connectors for Irrigation Systems. Other connectors made from materials such as stainless steel or nylon will degrade under irrigation solutions, posing risks to patient health and damage to the system. See approved fittings below:

For air or water flow adjustment only (non-irrigation applications), use the standard stainless steel needle valve, PN 95-0204.
