Full or single replacement set of diaphragm pucks for control blocks installed in ASI dental delivery systems after SN 592794 (manufactured after 10/23/2006).

Set of 6 (full set) includes 12 small pucks and 6 large pucks needed to replace all diaphragm pucks in 5-position control block plus a single position control block.

-We HIGHLY recommend replacing every position when performing repairs to ensure a consistent maintenance schedule every 3-5 years.

Single set includes 2 small pucks and 1 large puck.
