Shipping & Delivery Terms

Shipping Times
Items in stock and shipping via ground service will generally ship by the next business day. Delivery times can vary 2 to 5 days and depend on if the destination is within continental U.S. and delivery zone location. Please Note, Shipments to residential addresses may incur additional charges. Shipments of over $100 will require a signature release upon delivery. Business deliveries do not include weekends. Saturday deliveries may be requested in select zip codes for an additional charge.

While most items ship within 24 hours, some items or out-of-stock items may take additional processing time. We will notify you if an order or a portion of an order will be delayed significantly from being able to be shipped out.

Expedited Orders
Expedited orders requesting overnight or expedited service will ship out the same day if the order is received by noon Mountain Time and if the item is in stock. Select items may not be eligible for express shipping due to the type of material including aerosols, size, weight, quantities, delivery address or vendor constraints. Shipping charges for Express shipping are calculated on a “Per Order” basis.

Custom or Non-Stock Orders
Requests for custom assemblies, non-stock and instrument upgrades may take two to four weeks to ship and depend on if the order requires engineering review and production scheduling.

Returns
A 15% restocking charge will be incurred for the return of new and unopened items made within 30 days of purchase. Due to infection control reasons, no returns of opened items are accepted. No refunds after thirty days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss for any occurrence of shipping damage during return transit. Contact ASI Support to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipment.
